We invited drama tutor, Amanda, of Walk Together to provide drama training to our teachers twice or thrice a month in our school. By observing class performance of each teacher, doing after-class evaluation, and preparing lessons together with our teachers, the visiting tutor has strengthened our teachers’ sense and skills in drama education.

We have been concerned with the physical, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing of our children. We are also aware of the importance of spinal health as an integral part to the wellbeing of a person. That is why we participate in Straighten Up School Scheme initiated by Children Chiropractic Foundation every year with a hope of promoting spinal protection and preventing spinal problems starting from young age.
Objective:
1. To promote the culture of spinal protection
2. Preventing spinal problems that starts from young age

All students, teachers and parents of our kindergarten
Hong Kong Christian Service provided On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Service to children who are on the waiting list of Social Welfare Department. They help us create inclusive learning environments so that children with special education needs can better integrate into schooling environment and community life, and promote children’s holistic for future development and learning.
Scope of Service:
1. For children with special needs︰
– On-site individual / group, class-based and therapy
2. For teachers / early childhood care workers︰
– Professional consultation, skill demonstration
– Professional talks / workshops / seminars, etc.
3. For parents / cares︰
– Talks / workshops / seminars, etc.
– Review sessions for “Individual Training Plan”
Starting from September 2019, we have launched “Kindergarten Social Work Service” Scheme. For every Monday and Thursday between 8:30am to 5:15 pm, social workers would station at school and provide services to parents and their child.
Scope of service﹕
– Instilling in children positive emotions, helping them build healthy social network, providing professional counseling, and fostering preschool children’s resilience and problem-solving ability.
– Giving parenting education talks and seminars for addressing challenges throughout the growing path of young children.
– Reinforcing parent-child relationship and communication, fostering family bonding.

Project Objective: | To support kindergartens to purchase digital devices and resources, also to equip teachers in applying professional skills and knowledge on utilizing these devices and other multimedia tools to enhance the effectiveness of home-school communication, keep them well-informed about the progression of their children in the education new normal. |

Project Content: | The project included 2 major components. The first component was to assess the school-based needs and to provide digital devices and resources support. The second component was to provide professional teacher’s trainings and technical support to enhance kindergartens the abilities of handling school operation, teaching operation and home-school collaboration through digital-assisted means. |
